HRNITI is a full-stack HRMS built for multi-branch operations, currently managing more than 873 active employees across 10 branches in production. Every module was designed around workflows that Indian HR teams recognise instantly.
The admin dashboard consolidates the entire workforce into a single view — branches, departments, employees by role, loan types, active loans, projects, work shifts and categories. Managers see an at-a-glance request status distribution across every request type: leave, gate pass, loan, advance, reimbursement, missed punch, C-Off, shift change and week-off — the actual queue that HR teams process every day.
The staff module handles everything from onboarding to resignation, with configurable branches, departments and reporting hierarchies. The attendance engine supports biometric integration, geo-fenced check-ins, shift patterns and missed-punch workflows. Leave management supports every common Indian leave type plus custom policies per branch.
Payroll integrates attendance, salary structures, loans, advances, reimbursements and statutory calculations, producing bank-ready output files and payslips at the click of a button. The loan module handles loan types, disbursement workflows and EMI-based recovery from payroll. Visitor management, company policies, letters, communication logs and complaint/suggestion channels round out the platform into a real HR operations hub.
